Ros Maddison is Head of Production at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (RCS). She has been leading the production department since 2002. Having graduated from RSAMD and Glasgow University in the 1980s, Ros’ professional theatre career began in stage management, working and touring extensively throughout Scotland and beyond as a freelance Stage and Production Manager.
